Citizens Charters of Government of India

To improve the quality of public services the national governments do ask various Public Sector Undertaking owned by Central or State Governments to issue Citizens' Charter of the PSU or organisation. Though Citizens' Charters do are not legal documents and do not confer any extra judicial rights over and above the existing laws of the land, yet such charters advise the citizens about the grievances redress mechanism of an organization as a preemptive measure. Public can view the Citizen Charters and lodge their grievances online here.

Our Mission is to educate the citizens about their fundamental rights without forgetting their responsibilities as a good citizen as per Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles in the Indian Constitution. Spread the slogan "first deserve then desire - be a good citizen for national growth".
